Acceptable Use

Prohibited uses

You may not use SparkMesh products or websites to create, distribute, request, or facilitate:

• Adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, or NSFW content.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, voice impersonation, or non-consensual likeness use.
• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, scams, or evasion of platform rules.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Harassment, hateful content, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Political persuasion, regulated professional advice, or high-risk automated decisioning without required safeguards and disclosures.

Enforcement

SparkMesh may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to products when we identify unsafe, illegal, abusive, or policy-violating behavior. Product-specific policies may add stricter requirements.
